Move-Out Instructions
Utilities:
Do not turn off utilities. Notify us of your move-out date at least two weeks in advance.
Utilities will be transferred to our name through a concierge service on your move-out date.
Exceptions:
Trash Service: Contact your trash company to cancel service.
Sewer Service: If serviced by Bradley Sewer, cancel any auto-payment arrangements directly with the City of Bradley.
Keys and Garage Door Openers:
Leave both keys and both garage door openers on the kitchen sink.
If using a deadbolt-only system, lock everything and leave one key in the mailbox.
Carpet Cleaning:
Do not clean the carpets; our maintenance company handles this to avoid potential issues.
Cleaning:
Ensure all appliances, floors, countertops, windows, bathrooms, light fixtures, and the garage are thoroughly cleaned.
Properly manage trash disposal over several weeks to avoid an accumulation of garbage on the last day.
Mail and Deliveries:
Forward your mail and update your address with delivery services like Amazon or eBay.
Suggestions for Repairs:
Leave a list on the kitchen sink of any items that need improvement, repair, or replacement.
Security Deposit:
Provide your forwarding address on the same sheet as your repair suggestions.
Security deposit accounting will be processed per your lease agreement within 60 days, often sooner.
