Application Process

At Sanford Systems, we’ve streamlined the application process to make it as simple as possible. Follow these steps to apply for one of our properties:

1. Review Tenant Criteria:
   • Before applying, ensure you meet our Tenant Criteria & Policies.
   
   
2. Complete the Tenant Questionnaire:
   • Fill out the Tenant Questionnaire to provide us with your basic information and initial details.
   
   
3. Background Check:
   • Each occupant aged 18 and over must pass a background check.
   • A $50 non-refundable background check fee applies per applicant.
   
   
4. Submit Supporting Documents:
   • Proof of income (e.g., recent pay stubs or tax returns).
   • Valid government-issued ID for all adult occupants.
   
   
5. Await Approval:
   • Once we’ve reviewed your application and background check, we’ll notify you of the next steps.
   
   
6. Sign the Lease:
   • Upon approval, sign your lease agreement and pay the security deposit to secure your new home.
