Lisa’s mission is to be used by God to assist clients with their real estate needs. She feels blessed to help people with their real estate needs since 1984. Lisa chose to move to Kankakee County from Park Ridge in 1983 and has lived in various communities. Currently Lisa and her husband Walter live on the Kankakee River in the Kankakee Historic District. Together, they have two adult married daughters. Abby & Ryan and Meredith & Clint.

Jason Lundmark, born in 1980, enjoys a fulfilling life with his wife, Cheli, and their beloved husky, Atlas, in their Iroquois County home. Together, Jason and Cheli take pleasure in gardening and fishing, while also sharing a deep commitment to their family and overseas mission work in Asia and Pakistan. In 2023, Jason dedicated eight weeks to three mission trips in Asia, playing a pivotal role in releasing 21 families, comprised of 107 individuals, from the burdens of debt slavery.
Jason and Cheli are the founders of a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization focused on global outreach, reflecting their shared passion for making a positive impact worldwide. Jason's strong work ethic extends beyond his mission work, as he collaborates with Walter in property improvement endeavors.
With a rich family history in the construction industry, Jason is a third-generation contractor. Following in the footsteps of his grandfather, Bob Tousignant, and his father, Jim Lundmark, Jason has accumulated over 25 years of experience in construction. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Jason has also built his primary residence twice.
As an experienced property contractor, Jason deeply understands the importance of providing high-quality living spaces for tenants. Striving for work-life balance, Jason now works full-time with Walter, while actively giving back to his local community in his spare time.
